Dave is a smooth talker to get the job but after he screws up and makes you sign a paper promising not to sue him the damage is already done.Plan on spending thousands to fix his mistakes. Stay away from every person he subcontracts most of them are drunks or drug addicts with convictions in lake county.Do not hire this baboon or fall for his "I can do it within your budget scam" Plan on having to call your home owners insurance to fix his mistakes since hes always at the bar drinking.
