While "Harvest" has lovely stock and a very helpful sales lady, beware of their return policy. More importantly, beware of the gentleman owner, who was arrogant and rude to me when I politely approached him regarding exchanging or returning some bathroom fixtures. Attempting to return merchandise is not a personal attack and doesn't warrant a belittling attack on a customer. If you're looking for similar merchandise, with amazing customer service, try Pure Home Couture on Locke Street in Hamilton - it's a gorgeous store with helpful staff ( and great sales)!
