Shadowlu in South Riverdale

Well, we had these guys do our back gates and our deck. Gary is the main problem with the company, as the guys working for him are fantastic. It is too bad they have to deal with Gary as well as us the customer having to deal with Gary. He has a tendency of not answering phone calls and totally overbooks the crews that he has. The crews did a good job, but some subsequent fix ups took forever as Gary promised them one day, but of course they were overbooked and couldn't see us. Not only that...many times he didn't even tell the crew to come see us about our project. Don't use these guys. The crews are great, but Gary...Well, that is another matter altogether.
