Our kitchen sink was clogged for 3 days. Despite our best efforts and frantic google-searching, we were unable to take care of this on our own. Luckily, Rick came in to help us out. He showed my fiance how to handle the situation in the future, and gave us some pointers to prevent it from happening again. He also kept us laughing the whole time. I would definitely recommend Matrix to my family and friends.
