I had called 2 other electrical companies who don't even show up.. I right away called Marko who showed up the same day for an appointment.. When the appointment arrived he was late over 1 hour. He apologized. He installed the light fixture on a cathedral ceiling that other electricians made a big fuss about...Price was reasonable...I would recommend this company to friends and family...This is my first time using this company.

I have used other services that are unreliable and yes cheaper. I had my older eavestroughs thoroughly cleaned and repaired. I had dampness in my basement on Friday and they made arrangements to come to my house ASAP. There are other repairs to be made but they really know their stuff...Pricing is fair and most of all I know have to worry about water in my basement. Highly reliable, responsive company. I recommend

I called the manufacturer of the tankless water heater after finding out that the original installer does not carry the product. He was one of several service providers recommended in the Greater Toronto Area. I explained to him the situation and he was able to book an appointment the very same day. Options were made to me and explained to confirm my concerns regarding the company (original installer) that gave inaccurate information about the unit which they no longer carry.. After about an hour and half, I am pretty clear what my options and and the price was fair for troubleshooting and installation of new thermostat. He also installed a shock absorber to reduce banging of water pipes. (NOISE)

These people originally installed my furnace and water heaters...There were certainly tense moments.....Since being a customer for 4 year plus..The level of customer service had decreased....No focus to improve service or answer phone calls.... I don't know what to say....other than I will not recommend this company to friends or family.....I am looking at another service provide next year that appreciates my business.
