I have a brick window sill that was in bad shape. The brick was crumbling with a few bricks that actually had holes. Thanks to Rockstar Masonry who was very responsive and quick to answer my service request did an amazing job to repair it. We decided to stick with brick, as opposed to limestone, because there are 3 other windows that are fine and didnt want it to look out of place with one window limestone and the other brick sills. I am very happy that this is fixed and can move on to other things that need attention. He was flexible in timing, very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Rockstar masonry.

I just purchased my new home, and was finishing a hardwood flooring install before we moved all our furniture in. On the second day of the flooring install, the hallway lights, laundry room fan/lights, powder room fan/lights, and front room lights and outlet were not working. It was fine the day before. No breaker was tripped and the flooring guys didn’t hear or see anything spark while working. I had no clue and needed help. I contacted Brian who was quick to respond and we scheduled a time. He arrived early and helped me troubleshoot the electrical issue. It ended up being a loose connection to a switch. I was so relieved to see everything working again as I assumed the worse. While here, he helped me with a GFCI install, and fixed my double tap issue on the panel. Thank you so much for the help. I can’t recommend you enough.

I found TRU Inspections on Google, looking for a Home Inspector in the GTA for a Pre-Purchase Inspection to be done in Richmond Hill. What made me pick TRU Inspections was, not only was he rated highly with perfect reviews, but his sample report was organized neatly, with great details, lots of pictures, and diagrams explaining the problem. Other reports I have seen, including my first home inspection report, did not have as much detail and supporting documentation as TRU Inspections report. As this is our second time going through a home inspection process, you would think I have an idea what to expect. Anton surpassed my expectation with his attention to detail, patience, his incredible thoroughness, and his expert knowledge. I never saw or felt like he was rushing to complete it and go get it over with. I really appreciated that. When Anton arrived, he talked us through his process of the inspection, some of the high-tech tools he would use, and explain any defects he finds with possible fixes. He tested and check everything, showing us foundational problems, deck issues, tested electrical outlets, looked at door swings on cabinets and entryways, humidity in the concrete, infrared camera for heating ducts…he checked everything. By the time the inspection was done, he is so efficient, he offered right then and there to send a summary report. I am so glad to have had Anton inspect the house, as now we have much better idea of the condition of the house and what issues to monitor going forward. I highly recommend TRU Inspections, you won’t be disappointed.

I contacted Ez Window Cleaning based on the reviews here on Homestars. Vlad was easy to talk to, we communicated either phone or text to talk about the job, quote, scheduling or any questions/clarifications i had and he was very responsive. I had multiple things that I needed to get done. We had our exterior windows, doors, and garage door re-caulked. Anatol took his time to remove the old caulking and re-caulk with waterproof rubber sealant. In addition, I had the kitchen sink, and bathtubs re-caulked too. It all looks amazing. Next, was getting the windows cleaned inside and out, and again Anatol took his time to get every edge and corner cleaned. Lastly, he helped reattach a downspout extension that had blown off and cleaned the gutters. Thank you Anatol and Vlad for an amazing job. I highly recommend.
