Awesome experience !! Dan and his crew came in and completed what several other companies said could not be done upgraded my 1987 100amp panel to 200amp using the existing conduit while being very price competitive. The others wanted to install an ugly second conduit on the outside of my house or charge for a sub panel in my garage. We were working on a budget and Dan helped us with clear, professional advice to prioritize from a long list of other items we wanted done. His crew, Mike, Zach and Brett (hope I got that right) were always professional, clean and respectful while working in our home. Overall, a great experience and an easy recommendation to make to others.

Based on the great reviews, paid the extra money for what was supposed to be a "straighter, cleaner lines" and disappointed with the black sealer spilled on my stone work and the 'over runs' over the sidewalk, bottom of the driveway and up the visible part of the garage pad. Contacted Peter and he assured me he would be by on Monday to at least clean the stone work - no show , no call - called again Wed and he showed later that day, however i was unaware as there is still black staining on my stonework.

I felt compelled to write a review after seeing some others posted in here. I have to say my experience with this company has been professional, courteous and ‘above and beyond’ on their follow up and ensuring everything was done right. Collette in the front went out of her way to help me with advice, colour selection, running to the back for larger samples and making sure I was helped in a friendly manner- all 3 times I came back to get the colour right. Contrary to what has been posted before me, she was fantastic and eager to help me get it right. Andy came back 2 times after the initial install to follow up on the faucets (that I supplied, not him) that would not seal properly – not his fault as I returned the problematic ones and bought 2 different ones and they did not leak. I do not recommend easily but would have no hesitation recommending this group based on my experience.

Julian was professional, knowledgeable and was interested in resolving my insulation issue and not just selling me a service. He walked me through the process, invited me to inspect the work as he progressed and cleaned up after the job ... and was price competitive.

Very happy with initial sales experience and even more happy with service follow up. I had an issue with my Herman Miller chair, not their fault, and their service follow up was exceptional. I will go there and recommend them for any office furniture need.
