The store has limited customer service. We were promised a shipping date that was missed. Apparently the furniture was supposed to have been shipped, but wasn't loaded on the container. The store, despite assuring us it had been shipped, told us the week it was supposed to be delivered, that it hadn't been. As a result, our living room will be empty over the Christmas holidays. They did little to apologize, offered us about a 2% discount and said anything more would be excessive! Would never shop there again.

I used Canada's Restoration Services for emergency work following the July 8th Toronto rainstorm that resulted in a flooded basement at my father's house. They arrived and did the emergency work quickly and were able to remediate a developing mold problem. I can highly recommend them for emergency services.
