We were not treated like paying customers at all by this moving company. At the time of pick up everything seemed ok. The movers were careful and they carefully performed some extra packaging for our larger items. But when it came time for delivery all our house hold items were delivered 5 days late. My wife, my 2 year old daughter and myself ended up sleeping on the floor the first couple of nights. I had to purchase a couch and a futon so my family could have something to sleep on. The head office at Atlas Express didn't offer any help, only kept saying they had hired some bad workers and will fire all of them. When our house hold items did arrive I was shocked at the amount of damage. Boxes marked fragile were crushed by larger heavy items piled on top of them. An expensive pair of speakers I had paid to have wrapped by Atlas Express prior to the move were damaged. We have several scratches and dents on our furniture, some furniture has been broken and some items are just missing. I just can't believe the amount of damage. Our cost of moving was double the quoted price and after sending pictures of all the damage to Han, our sales rep who said he will pay for damage, I have heard nothing. I was quoted $1750.00 and was billed $3500. or else I would not get my furniture at all. Do not use this moving company!
