We were able to get our furnace installed but it was during the winter and we ended up without heat for a few days which was a challenge. It does work well though and is much quieter than our other one and meets echo standards.
I have been very pleased with the many different accessories that we have purchased here. The sales representatives have been very attentive to my needs and prompt to help when I am looking for something. I like to shop there and find that they have a great selection for our home.
The beds, although not the greatest quality certainly work well for our child and for the price are great. They are a bit lower to the floor as well which really helps so our child can easily get in and out of bed and if they fall out it isn't as far to fall!
I had purchased an accessory for our home and it stopped working shortly after purchasing it. I called the company and they were very helpful in replacing what we had purchased quickly. They were kind and courteous and apologized for the inconvenience.
We were able to have help from them to move some furniture from quite a distance to our home about two hours away. It was difficult at first to get a truck out to help but we were finally able to. The truck ran fine and we were able to move our furniture. The movers could have been a bit more understanding and timely.
We were able to purchase some cookware at this store and are very happy with both the quality and the cost! The sales representatives were very helpful and kind. I was able to purchase it there for a fraction of the cost that it would have been at another store.
I asked for these men to come help with the move as we only needed to move a few things. They were very late (at least an hour late) and then when they came we actually sent them away as they came with a truck that had a different name from another company that we had heard very bad reports from. We paid them a minimal sum to cover for them coming to help. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone!
