I visited their store on Jane Street across from Canada Wonderland, the owner Sami was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He explained what both systems can do and in layman's terms how they worked. There was NO PRESSURE SALE and we took our time, when we were confortable we paid for our order and reserved an installation time. On the weekend the installer came in to install, he was on time, very professional, quick & clean. We were very impressed with the whole experience and would definitely recommend the Water Store to everyone.
