I was so thrilled to find a plumber I can trust. Dan was recommended by a neighbour and I am so glad to have his name. I have had him in for a couple of jobs - nothing big, but he still came willingly. His familiarity with our condos, and his vast experience enabled him to diagnose a problem immediately with my utility sink. That quick and cheap fix will save me hundreds of dollars (my hot water was constantly running into my floor drain). Dan also worked with us to move the plumbing to accomodate our new vanity. He is a pleasure personally and professionally. I know I will be using Dan's services in the future and would not hesitate to recommend him.

After getting some very high quotes to replace my dinosaur of a furnace, I was given Sean's # by my plumber. What a gem! Sean was immediately very likeable and down to earth. There was no pressure at all, but it was a no brainer. Not only did he come across as competent, he appeared completely trustworthy. Even if his price was in the same ballpark as the other quotes, I would have chosen Sean. As it turns out, he came in under and got the job done with no surprises and promptly. Sean has even followed up to make sure all was well. I would not hesitate to recommend Sean, and will certainly use him for any HVAC needs in the future.

Overall I was very happy with my dealings with Cosmopolitan. Their online quote system is a little slow for response, so you may want to call instead. Cleave showed up on time; did a very thorough job and was personable. The disinfectant used had an unpleasant odour, but was gone by the next day. I guess they don't mask it with more chemicals. I would use them again and recommend to others. No question.
