Needed to have a dryer plug moved up the wall for the new appliances to be stacked. I had enough run in the wire and found 2 ft. I'd asked that the plug be moved 20" to 24" up inches and that a white plate be brought to close off the old location (which he didn't do). He said he'd put it up as high as he could and I clearly said I didn't need or want that.. and showed him on the wall (which was tile wall board so that the location up the wall was clear, plus I'd said 20 to 24" is all I need. During the work he talked to himself and cursed quite a bit .. despite the fact he had said it was an easy job (it was strange and intimidating).. He pull away the trim from the wall and left a dirty work area. I paid him and the next day called about the location measuring 7" higher than requested & concerned that it would conflict with the hoses on the washer to be installed.. I wanted to know if he would make it right if that was the case. He said he was trying to help me... and that he'd charge me (not free) and then insulted me when I had pointed out I'd needed it done as I had requested that he wasn't helping me that he was being paid for a service that required measurements for it to work. While he seems very helpful on the phone, he told me afterwards he didn't have "blueprints" to do what I asked and he will not make it right if he screws up. I hope I can still install my washer dryer because this issue will end up costing me a lot to fix (new wall board due to all the holes and carpenter and another electrician)!!

I used Worry Free for a number of years. In the beginning they had smaller blowers and were more reliable. As the company got bigger they expanded and got bigger equipment which did scrape up my driveway... I left them then returned and the service was not much better... Once they left these huge banks d ridges that narrowed my driveway's entrance enough to make me call them again. and again etc. Finally one evening I saw the tractor out there having done a neighbours and missed my driveway completely... I went out into the street and tried to flag him... the driver saw me but ignored me... so it was many more hours again before anyone came out. One year they came out so few times I judged it had cost me $45 a visit. Sad to say that a once great service went down hill because client service was not at the top of their list. Also I found that they don't deal well with complaints... the wife (who used to answer the phone) was quite short tempered and inflexible when it came to their service shortcomings.

I used Snow Busters for many years. It is a BBB accredited business and I was always impressed with their professionalism and management. They'd give you reports daily on their cell answering machine and respond to special clean ups when needed. Always called back and very reliable. I'm sorry that with a little age my driveway (which is still good) was a little too uneven to continue with the plow... have since used snow blowing companies but wish the ones I've used were as responsible and responsive as Mark's company.!! KUDOS!!!
