I recently had my HVAC system replaced and upgraded by Reitzel Heating and Air Conditioning. I had done my research and gathered quotes from three local contractors. Reitzel's price was the lowest and installation plan was the most thorough. It was a no-brainer for me to go with them. The installation proceeded within days of accepting their quote, we did not have to wait for several weeks as we would have had to with the other contractors. Their installers, Ryan and Sean, were extremely polite and did excellent work. Ryan took his time, explained what they had done at the end of the day, and finished the project on-time and within budget. The system we had installed is relatively complex, it has multiple zones and required a decent amount of new ducting. Reitzel's system performs above our expectations and they added an additional zone at no extra cost! We have lived in Canada, particularly the Waterloo, area for about two years. During this time we have had major renovations done to our house. Our experience with Reitzel has been, by far, the best to date. I am not one to exaggerate, if you need a new furnace and/or AC unit, give them a call and ask for Chris Reitzel.
