Do not use Reliance the Furnace Company. I bought my furnace and air conditioner through Costco who subcontract to The Furnace a Company. While installing the air conditioner they started a house fire. They did not want the fire department called or insurance. Wanted to install siding which would be a close match. Missed 4 appointments after I had to initiate an insurance claim to fix $10000 in damages. Missed 4 appointments to complete install of ac after fire, ignored many emails and calls. Refuse to pay customer good will credit that was promised. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Bought a complete living room suite. Was assured I was buying top quality for $4000. Not 100 percent leather or durable as I was promised. Has not even lasted 4 months. Disgusted by dishonesty and poor quality.
