Overall, I'm glad we went with Clicklock for this major home reno. Quote: showed up on time, was very informative and not as "salesy" as the other 3 quotes we received. Financing: we received financing for this project, and this took a little longer than I had hoped, with questions after my app trickling in rather than receiving them all at once. Communication: i had quite a few questions throughout the process, and always received a reply very quickly. Install set up: I found it quite hard to get an exact date given to me for install, which had me worried. However, they were able to get me in very quickly. There was a hiccup with material delivery as I noticed on the first day of install, the wrong shingle style was delivered. Thankfully the installers were not there due to weather, otherwise they would have been well into the job with the wrong material. The good news is that the next day the correct materials were brought in. Install: Best part of the process, the guys were great. Very friendly, informative and worked through some weather. The clean up was very thorough. Product: all these companies offer similar warranties, but it's really hard to say how good the product is until 50 years has actually passed. I do know it looks GREAT, and I can only hope it lasts as long as they say. Pricing: very, very competitive pricing for what i consider a superior product. Would definitely recommend this company.

Very glad we decided to go with Ian and his team to paint our new house! They painted our house from top to bottom. Extremely professional, courteous and quick! We were very happy with the service, and would not hesitate to recommend.

I have had several home inspections in the past, but this was easily the best experience. Bryce answered all questions during and after the inspection, and was confident throughout. Very helpful with not only telling me what the issue was, but the long-term affects and possible solutions. I will definitely be steering family and friends his way, and will be a repeat customer if the need arises.

Mark and his crew did a fantastic job on our basement finish. They made some suggestions we wouldn't have thought of. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, at a reasonable cost. They also went above and beyond to meet a finish date that we had requested. We would, and will, recommend Mark to anyone looking for home improvement work. We will also be using Mark for future projects.
