We switched to CSP from another provider, a phone company, who bought our previous alarm monitoring company. The phone company was terrible to deal with. They tried to force expensive equipment upgrades on us and had unskilled technicians who lacked knowledge. CSP upgraded our panel for free in exchange for a 3 year contract. The monthly monitoring cost was less than our previous provider! We found CSP to be thoroughly professional, very knowledgeable, honest and candid, reliable products and great customer service. They sent a senior technician to do the work and he was terrific. So much better than dealing with the phone companies or other alarm companies. Glad we made the switch. The $46 cost indicated is our monthly monitoring fee for full monitoring (break-in, fire, carbon monoxide) and access to smart home features on their phone app.
