Although one never wants an appliance to be in need of repair, when one does, I know where to reach for help. I called Brannan's appliance repair mid day today and within hours I was back up and running with heat in my dryer. This is the 3rd time I've used Steve and of course it's for a 3rd appliance! His repairs are always perfect and his diagnostics by phone with confirmation in person are reliable, informed and accurate. He double checked I was ok with the price before commencing work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any appliance repair.

We were very happy with Graeme and his team at Somerset Construction. Communication was excellent. Work was performed as and when expected. The quality of the workmanship was spot on. Overall, they were very professional and we wouldn't hesitate to use Somerset again.

Washer broke and it's a Kenmore. Sears couldn't give us an appointment within a 10 day block. Found out about Steve and it was easy to arrange an appointment time within a day and a half. On top of his availability, Steve was able to accurately diagnose the issue on the phone, came with all necessary parts and the cost was accurately estimated too. I hope no other appliances break, but if they do, I'm calling Steve Brannan!
