Paid $5000 cash, Picked up a second umbrella I went back because the umbrella she gave me was used and had holes in it. Would not exchange or give a refund. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. The Chez chairs broke within months and could not get new hardware from her and all the fittings are brass and fall apart. They do not care they plan to build a high rise condo on the property and will probably run off with every ones deposit.
