Needed to replace a piece of glass in a window. The would not install it unless the came out to take the measurements themselves and they charged for that. I was in a hurry so ordered it anyway. They took far too long and cost far too much and wanted $100,00 for local delivery . They messed up the bill and had to issue credit etc
Great job with quality people and craftsmanship . Pleasure to deal with, prompt an efficient. Same price as the competition but had no issues or complaints. Returned a couple time to address small concerns I had
They were recommended by our cabinet manufacturer and they did not disappoint. They have a great selection of slabs and were very patient with us as we took our time deciding(and shopping around). They were extremely competitive on their pricing even thou it was quite a distance from our home. They showed up to measure on time and used the latest equipment and got it perfect. We did our backsplash and countertop in the same material so measuring it was a challenge . but it came went without a hitch. They showed up when they said they would for the install and the crew was great. On time and on budget, it was worth the drive to Brantford.
Great experience with these guys, They came highly recommended from friends of my wife at work and they did not disappoint. They er patient and knowledgeable with our design , the quality of the cabinets is excellent, the install was on time and perfect. They helped with sourcing granite and installed the handles we bought. All staff were a delight to deal with . We are extremely pleased with the layout and once we started using it , we noticed the small things Mike recommended that really make a bid difference, ie : he insisted on a pull out waste and recycling center that we use hourly, what a great add!
