They arrived and went straight to work, about 8 hours later they were done. They did a very good job cleaning up afterwards, Stephen and his crew were very pleasant and I chatted with them throughout the day. I am happy and pleased with the job they did. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

The sub contracted guys that installed the furnace were pleasant and respectful.The furnace had a dent in the front panel before it even made it into my house, it was supposedly reported back to chris but i never heard back from The furnace company. not a huge deal but they should have called me back about it, if it was indeed reported in the first place?.Had i know it would be sub contracted i may have chosen another company.? The furnace seems to work well but it just started to get cold. I was surprised that there was no sticker on the furnace with the furnace companys service phone number, no fridge magnet nothing? is this their way of saying call someone else if there is a problem? the install went fine and hopefully no problems happen this winter, just a bit dis appointed in the whole overall experience. maybe i expected too much i don't know but damage to a new unit should have rated atleast a phone call in my opinion.Given the opportunity i would not recommend them but i would not say don't use them either. part of that whole disappointed thing i suppose Roger in Edmonton.

follow up on the install, especially since they sub contracted it out !

We truly do apologize for the inconvenience. We should have called you back and we normally have stickers however from doing an investigation we had run out of stickers and it seems your system was one that was installed without. As you can see from all the previous reviews we have an excellent standing and install/service but we do have areas to improve upon and we thank you for your honest review. We, as the management group, have already discussed it and will take the necessary steps to ensure that we do not make those mistakes again.
