Fabian was professional and personable when installing heated flooring and tiles in our family room. He finished within his estimated time, his prices are fair and he completed the work to our satisfaction. We were not disappointed and would recommend his services to friends; and employ his services for future projects.

Received email from Enri at EcoStar with booked appoint date. We took the day off work. Day of appointment, I called to confirm time of arrival at 10am. Receptionist advised they don't have a record. Enri called at 10:15am said they will be at our house around noon. I called at 2pm, no one answered any of the numbers, including their receptionist desk. Enri called at 3pm said he won't make the appointment and wants to come the next day. We asked for a discount, to make up for the pay and time we lost. No concern, respect or care that he acted unprofessionally and wasted our time. He said no. We took our business to a more professional establishment.

Joe came out to look for the hole the squirrels and probably mice were entering my home. He found it behind our gas meter. He mcgyvered a one way trap because the area was not easily accessible. He solved our problem. The squirrels left after a day or three. While Joe was at our house he advised us on how to prevent critters from getting in via other gaps in our siding. Overall good experience.
