Grant was a pleasure to deal with. Arrived on time, extremely friendly, had great products and was very knowledgeable about Furnaces/Ducting. Grant cleaned all the ducting in our home on his first visit and we then hired him again to install a new humidifier and upgrade the motor on our furnace. He ensured that all of our systems were working perfectly and is fantastic to deal with. Grant goes above and beyond for his customers and has checked back in with us numerous times to ensure that we are satisfied with our products and is always available if you have a question. I would never recommend another company aside from Active Air after receiving their high standard of service and customer support.
