Fireplace West installed a gas fireplace in my family room in 2017. One of the features of the service that I appreciate is that Robin consults and provides advice about the best options available for the living space. I was so happy with the work he did that and the cozy new fireplace in the family room that I contacted him about doing another installation in my basement in 2018. Again I am thrilled. It is the perfect solution for my home.

This company was extremely helpful in helping me determine what solutions would work best to increase the light in four separate areas of my home and did not oversell any options. Workmanship was excellent!

I was frustrated when my planning process went off the rails when the representative with whom I was dealing left the company and I did not click with the new guy. The regional manager personally took over my file and went above and beyond to travel to Ottawa to ensure that the process got back on track. I am extremely satisfied
