Kitchenaid refrigerator needed a new gasket and wasn’t cooling properly. Arni was upfront about cost of parts and of labour. Drove out of his way to pick up the parts. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He did a thorough diagnostic. He is a thoughtful technician who takes price in his work and takes the time to explain everything he is doing and does it until it is perfect. 100% recommend!!

Needed a second opinion on heat exchange leak for furnace and possible CO leak. Excellent service from the beginning to end. Prompt response to inquiry. Technician was courteous, polite and professional. Would definitely go back and highly recommmend. All round excellent.
