We initially just brought our hardwood from Advance and got our own contractor to do the job. But the contractor did a really poor job and kept asking us to pay “extra” on top of his original quote, we kicked him out after 2 days. We asked Advance to give us a quote to finish the work for us, and they were absolutely amazing. They came in, gave us the quote, and stick to it. They basically took care of everything from start to finish. Their installers were so much more professional and efficient. They rip up all the carpet and got a truck to take it away same day, prepped the subfloor, and put in all the finishing, and they look so much nicer than the ones our contractors used before. The floor were installed beautifully.Ken even pointed out some mistakes our last installer made and fixed of them for us! Their workers are absolutely amazing. We were so glad they were able to come and finish the mess our contractor started. We are super happy with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone!
