The WORST painting job by a professional ever seen. I have pictures to back this claim. Did not replace baseboard, or seal all the windows, or prep any woodwork as set out in contract. My bad- I left payment out and went for a walk, came home 45 min. later and he was GONE and so was the $. Very hard to reach- would be back to finish, never heard from again. Very inconsistent - even window contractor who recommended him could not get response so sent police to home to see if OK. Sitting there with a beer watching TV- "don't feel like working so not answering phone'. I requested a receipt, never provided. DO NOT GET MIXED UP WITH THIS 'PAINTER' His work alone was absolutely awful and his attitude is worse.

Jason Sawchuk, owner of Abode Concepts walked us thru the entire process and took us to all the suppliers required to completely gut and remake our 17 yr old UGLY master bath. Delighted with results and all his contractors were wonderful. Gord Schneider was the overseer of the project and really listened to us.Never once did we feel put out or put upon- the whole experience was painless. The only negative is the amount of time it took to finish but every project has run-overs so this was not unexpected. Highly recommend this company and have already.
