Furnace and Air Conditioner maintenance
This was routine maintenance every 2 years. Maric was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He made some useful suggestions for future consideration but there was absolutely no pressure. We were totally satisfied and felt good knowing that both heating and cooling systems were in fine operating condition.
removal of squirrels from attic space
We live in a townhouse in downtown Toronto. Our neighbour and we, both heard scurrying, scratching and thumping in our attic spaces and realized that something was living up there. We had 2 other companies come to look, advise on a solution and quote a price but somehow we were unimpressed. Along came Scott. He understood the problem instantly, came up with a terrific solution not only to remove the family of squirrels living there but also to prevent it from happening again. He was quick, efficient and very competent. Just don't bother calling anyone else!!

Repaving asphalt in garage area
The garage area of our group of 13 townhouses was in really bad condition. It required removal of old asphalt, regrading and repaving. We chose to go with Royal Town Construction and we were very happy with our choice. Morris and his crew were professional and very efficient. The job was completed quickly and on budget. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend the company in the future.
