I hired snowblasters to remove snow for the winter in my very short lane and my walkway. They removed snow once from my lane in October, and not since. They have occasionally removed snow from my walkway but did a very poor, unprofessional job. I have given them many opportunities to redeem themselves, but they do not respond. Dont hire these guys who say they have been in the snow removal business for 25 years.
I hired this company to replace the services from a larger and much more expensive service at least a year ago now. Private Eye worked with me to provide a solution I wanted. There were no surprises in the pricing; they were exceedingly polite and responsive. They happily took over monitoring of equipment from another company. Their monitoring service is exactly as expected.

This company came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. They were thoughtful in their fact finding and proposal. They were easy to deal with and did not try to sell more than we needed. On a previous repair that failed, they stood behind their guarantee and were talking about executing on theguarantee until we discovered that it was not their repair that failed.
