We had Appliance Service Centre out for our washing machine, which was not draining. The service was top notch, the technician friendly, courteous, punctual and professional. Would not hesitate to call them again for service, or to recommend them.

Andy is very courteous, friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend him. His explanation was superb, I now know more about my plumbing system than I ever thought I'd want to. I would absolutely welcome Andy back into my house, and there are very few service people I've had historically that I'd say that about.

Perhaps my first experience with a service company that actually cares about customer service, it seems so rare these days. Keith is extremely courteous, very friendly, and very professional. I would definitely recommend Keith to my family and friends, or to anyone else. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to have him back into my home. I can't give enough accolades to Keith and the quality of his service and customer care. I will never use a "big box" duct and furnace cleaner again.
