roy d., salersperson, promises everything and then denies when it suits him. ran my credit card without authorization, yelled, was abusive when challenged about promises. workers complained to homeowner about hayven not paying them, then delaying for "pay when paid". despite claims, it is not a "family" business - 2 unrelated israelis (not father-son) and mexican in front office (not sister). incredibly bad, prevaricating group. wouldn't send release from lien after being paid instead sent a 20 day notice. thoroughly and utterly disagreeable.
