I have used Gary for a few years on multiple properties. The problem I've found is that Gary does not ask what the problem is in any detail before he comes and may not have prepared the circumstances or situation that he needs to repair the appliance. Recently i called him to a condominium for a washer problem. He did not mention that if appliances are stacked we must unstuck them first. I am not aware of any condo where appliances are not stacked. See earlier complaint on Google from Leo. So this is not a new issue he has encountered. You would think then that this would be important information to tell a woman living on her own. Instead he arrives, takes the call out fee and announces to call him back when the machines are unstacked without being in any position to repair the appliance. This is just wrong. I won't be using Gary again.

I have not encountered the level of hard work and commitment to get a job done as I saw in the teams that recently did the damp proofing work at my house. This is the second time I have used RCC and the experience on this occasion trumped the last good experience. We did nearly 30 linear feet in heavy clay like soil. The teams worked the whole day finishing late at night to ensure the job was done right and the basement was secured against a rain forecast for the following day. The price was competitive but the reliability of this company is second to none. I delayed writing a report to determine whether they would return (as per their commitment) to level the soil raised 3 months ago and indeed they did, returning the grading to a perfect level.

It is difficult when moving into a new area to find honest, trustworthy and reliable services. I only had to look down my street to see that Hytec security was the company to call. That was nearly a year ago! Over the past year I have needed assistance on a number of occasions and Gary has always been there to help. Gary is experienced, responsive and masterful in all that he does. Gary looks after our home like it is his own and even provided discounted locksmith services, bailing us out in a pinch. His service is amazing and pricing competitive.

Thanks to Imran for sorting out our gas fireplace. It was builder installed but coals blocking the air vent resulting in CO build up in our room detected by a sensor. Imran lovingly returned our unit to perfect working order despite recovering from a nasty cold. A true gentleman with life's priorities exactly poised. Thanks Imran

I've used roof pro 2 before and asked Frank to quote me for a Toronto address. He made the long trip from Newmarket arriving promptly despite heavy traffic. The job was small and Frank was very honest saying it would be better to hire locally but telling me what the price should be. Such honesty with previous excellent work.
