I was looking to purchase a good vacuum because I have been using the Walmart brands for a long time, and they just weren't cutting it. I have multiple pets and figured a Dyson would be the right vacuum to choose. after doing some shopping around woodstock (chain stores and other local businesses) the person at Guy's Vac Shop was the most knowledgeable and was the easiest to deal with. He was very relaxed and knew everything possible about cleaning in general. Which is nice considering the people at chain stores really arnt educated on this type of thing, and even the employee at the other vacuum store in the area didn't really want to give me the time of day. He explained to me the cons of the Dyson and every other bagless vacuum and I believed everything he said. IT made perfect sense why I would not want to constantly be cleaning the dirt out of the vacuum, that I just cleaned out of my floor. Also while cleaning out a bagless vacuum alot of the dust will get back into the air. I was roughed in for a central vacuum and i mentioned that, he showed me some BEAM products and i was blown away. not only by the performance but by the price and warranty it comes with. I purchased the central vac and couldnt be happier, my place is so much cleaner and if you have allergies like I do, it is a a life saver. I would suggest Guy's Vac Shop to anyone looking for quality products or to anyone who doesn't know much about vacuums and wants some knowledge before they purchase one. I am a very happy customer!
