When both our furnaces stopped working Nate (the owner) Ed, Landon and Christian were the technicians involved in assessing and replacing a motor in one of our furnaces and installing a completely one. All were most personable, prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, clean and careful in their work. Throughout the service the coordinator, Lori, kept us well informed and we are very happy with the new furnace equipment. We would have no hesitation in recommending the company 'Distinct' to anyone looking to solve a heating or cooling problem.

Alfa Tile is a small concern with a good selection of modern tile. Rodica is the sales assistant who helped me choose my tile. She was very professional and most patient with me and I enjoyed chatting to her. When I needed extra tile it was ready for me when I called to collect it and I am very pleased with the product. I have no hesitation in recommending Alfa Tile to anyone.

Douglas and Marci of Ranger Plumbing was recommended to me by my tiler. They reset three toilets all needing flange extensions with one new water closet supply. They were professional, punctual, careful and clean in their work plus the cost was fair. Douglas is very knowledgeable and gave good advice so I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

Joe of Reno-Ready Floors was recommended to us by Todd & Connie of Masterpiece Hardwood Flooring as we were looking for someone to take up tile cement and make our floor ready for hardwood installation. We were very worried that the job would cause a lot of dust but this did not happen and no additional plastic sheeting was required because Joe has a very powerful and expensive vacuum. We were so impressed with Joe's work that we hired him again a couple of months later to take out the toilets and tile in two bathrooms and lay down under-floor Nuheat cable with Solo thermostat in the master bathroom. Joe is a true professional, very accommodating, punctual and treated our home as though it was his own. He worked with a colleague and we were very pleased with the finished job and the cleanliness of his service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Reno-Ready Floors to anyone.

My first task after deciding to replace our tile for hardwood was to find an installer. My research led me to Todd and Connie at Masterpiece who are both very personable professionals. Connie patiently helped me choose a Coswick colour which had to match all our decor (walls/kitchen/staircase). I ended up going truly custom with a colour/finish not in the Coswick brochure and although delivery took 10 weeks it was the perfect choice. Todd was an absolute joy to work with and did a fabulous job of installing the product. I am very particular and know what I want and Todd cheerfully accommodated me in every way and made the experience so much easier to handle bearing in mind what an upheaval it is to replace a floor. It was a pleasure having him work in my home. We love our new floor and cannot thank Connie and Todd enough for all their efforts on our behalf. Their service was superb and we highly recommend Masterpiece to anyone looking for an excellent hardwood product and installation.
