This was our second time using J&J Electric. This occasion our fridge stopped cooling. I called Mike and he came out the same day and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He ordered the require part and was back within a few days to make the repair. The quote was very reasonable. Mike and his partner did not anticipate how much the freezer had iced over and spent considerable time deicing the freezer which he did not want to charge me for. I highly recommend Mike and his partner. They are knowelegable, fast and reasonable.

Truly outstanding service. Called Mike on a Monday morning when our LG washer sprung a leak. He promised he would be by the same day and have it fixed..and he did. He's obviously a talented technician and came prepared with the replacement part. Our washer was back in operation within an hour. He even provided some helpful tips to my wife to prevent future problems. We will definitely keep Mike's card handy for future service call. Thanks Mike.

We recently contracted Spring Home to replace our aging central AC unit. The initial response to my inquiry by Sam was quick, courteous and much more informative than the other companies contacted. Sam came out to the house, did an assessment of what we needed and fully explained the work involved and provided a very competitive quote. The team of 2 installers arrived on the date and time promised and did a very professional job of installing the new unit. Once the installation was complete the installer reviewed all of the work with me and ensured that we were completely satisfied before they left. The Spring Home office also followed up with a phone call to confirm our satisfaction with the job done. I would highly recommend Spring Home.

Nino and his crew from California Green installed our sprinkler in June 2007. The install was very well done and the system has performed flawlessly since. But Nino's after sale service, I believe, is what sets California Green apart from the competition. No need to contact Nino in spring or fall to maintain the system, he'll be there rain or shine. Damaged sprinkler head? One call is all it takes to have Nino out to repair. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your sprinkler project.

We were very pleased with the design, workmanship and installation of our walk-in wardrobe. Kaye the designer was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful with suggestions and open to changes. The millwork is excellent and the measurements accurate. The installation team did a great job on the installation and left the job site clean and the closet ready to use.

Moe takes great pride in his work and delivered a completely renovated starcase on time and within budget. His attention to detail and ensuring you are completely satsified with the construction plan and colours makes him a pleasure to deal with. His installer Quinn takes pride in a job well done and esured we were happy with the workmanship as the job progressed.

After completeing a beautiful job on our main floor in 2008, we hired Jeff and company again to handle our master suite reno. He did not disappoint. Careful attention to detail and responsive to all of our requests and changes. His crew takes pride in their work and ensured our complete satisfaction.

We jokingly comment to visitors that our project began as an idea to replace carpet with tile on our main floor and just simply grew. Looking back on what was a 12 week project, I do not believe we could have chosen a better contractor. Every detail of the project was executed with a conscientious commitment to ensuring we were happy with the results. Jeff (and Mitch)on many occasions would say, "If you are not 100% happy with the result now, you won't be happy with it later. So let’s make sure you are happy with it now." My wife will attest to the fact that I obsess about the details, but Team Roberts attended to details I hadn't even considered! Our kitchen is a dream! We absolutely love working in it and it is our family gathering place. My older daughter can work at her laptop at a neat little work area within the kitchen (Jeff's idea) while still interacting with her mother. Mom also has her own place for staying organized. The workmanship of the cabinetry is flawless. All measurements made during the design stage were executed correctly and everything was delivered as scheduled and fit perfectly. The new wall opening from family room to kitchen has allowed the back of the house to become a complete entertaining area. The revitalized fireplace adds warmth and charm. The updated dining room with new wainscoting and floors is a pleasure to host more formal dining. I truly believe that there is no job Jeff and his team can't handle.
