An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Michael, Brian and the Sure Cut team were absolutely fantastic in completing the demolition and fill-in of our pool. The Sure Cut team always demonstrated great professionalism and genuine care for our property throughout the process. Brian and the demo team prepared the area by laying boards, to ensure our interlocking patio wasn’t damaged. Throughout the process, Brian checked with us several times to ensure our specific requests were met and that we were completely satisfied.
