I have a water tank leak that needed immediate repair and eventually replacement. Brian Green was helpful to organize all the tasks and follow through with the schedules set The technical team composed of Joe Green, Wesley, John, Ringo, Dereck were all technically knowledgeable and professional. Kudos to Reliance for a very efficient team

Our contract with Grand Alarms (GA) was soon to expire and it was time to review our options again - within and outside GA. As we did so, Fara presented to us the best options GA could offer. There are much lesser priced packages out there but we have decided to continue with GA because of the excellent customer service and product they have given and continue to do so. Many thanks to Fara who helped us made this choice.
