We initially met Eugene last September when we decided to renovate our primary bathroom. He visited our home and provided us a clear & detailed quote for the project. After meeting several other companies, we decided to go with Eugene because of the quality of work in his portfolio and his professionalism. We are very happy we chose Eugene. He is very pleasant to deal with and he provided several design recommendations during the project. Our project started in January and it took 3 weeks to complete as per Eugene’s initial projected timeline. Eugene and his crew were promptly on site everyday and cleaned up after working. Joe has been servicing our appliances for quite a few years and has always been professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable about all our appliances, regardless of brand. I honestly think he knows more about the appliances than the manufacturer does. His work is always thorough, timely and affordable. He is the first person I think to call when anything goes wrong with any of our appliances. He has fixed our washing machine, dryer, fridge, stove and today I called him to fix the door on our dishwasher, he was here within 2 hours and as always went above and beyond by replacing both door pulleys instead of just the broken one.
