We moved to North Vancouver from Ontario in June 2013. We bought a 25-year old home, which did not have wiring on the second floor to accommodate an office. We also needed a bit of work in two other rooms. After looking for a local electrician on the north shore, we found Coast Mountain Electric. First, after I explained my requirements over the phone, John explained the details of the engagement, what to expect, etc. He was genuinely friendly, and answered all my questions. We scheduled a date, and he delivered the materials a few days before the work was to commence. We chatted some more, and he made me feel confident that they would address all of our needs. A few days later, Warren showed up. To our delight, Warren was equally cheerful. More importantly, he was respectful and conscientious for ensuring that our new home would not be damaged by the work. He was always on time, kept the work areas clean, and once completed, made sure that everything was in proper working order.
