This company is thorough, experienced and efficient. The project mgmt skills of Vince are just beyond incredible. He constantly follows up and keeps you informed. They removed our sewage soiled contents, itemized everything down to our underclothing, sanitized, ripped out soiled flooring drywall etc, brought dryers and dealt directly with our insurance co. Hopefully this doesn't happen again but if it does Vince and Diameter would be first on my list to call. AND he is compassionate about the situation. So incredibly impressed.
