We would definitely recommend NewRidge to anyone looking to redo their hardwood floors. Scott was prompt in answering our initial request to get a quote for our hardwood floors. Sebastian was able to come to our house to give us an assessment and provided us with a quote the next day. The response time via email and telephone was excellent, and they answered our many questions and guided us through the process on replacing the floors. We had the original hardwood floors removed and replaced with brand new hardwood floors. Sebastian and Paul were great. They arrived promptly at 7am for both days and were courteous and informative. On the first day, they removed the original hardwood, screwed down the existing subfloors to the joists (as this was the focal point of the project -- the floors were squeaking at each step) and applied a layer of plywood. The next day, they installed the new hardwood and made special attention to the several custom intake vents we have on the floor, as well as beveling the hardwood around the floor of the fireplace. We are very satisfied with the work done by Sebastian and Paul. We get continuous compliments of how well the floor looks and how it feels. We want to thank Sebastian, Paul and Scott for all their hard work! We look forward to working with you in the future when we replace the floors on the second level. Thanks again!

Our realtor recommended Mario's Carpet Cleaning and we were happy with the results. Mario was able to come by later in the evening (6pm) to perform a steam clean of our basement, runner on the stairs, and an area rug. He explained the whole process with us including the type of solution he used. Although the machine was big and he had a lot of accessories, he was neat and clean during the job.

Two of Arby Cartage's employees came to our condo to do a move to a house. The appointment was scheduled for 10am, but they arrived early because they wanted to make sure they missed traffic, which I was happy about. Trevor and Bill were ncie and courteous when meeting them and throughout the move. They were careful with our belongings when moving out of the condo and got everything out of the door without issues. Moving into the house was a simliar experience. If a label was not on the box, they asked us where we wanted it. They also rolled out their own carpet inside the house in the main portion as it was raining, so they didn't track water everywhere. The overall experience was excellent! Friendly people who did a great job, no complaints at all, highly recommended.
