NEVER AGAIN ! Cosmetically it is nice, but less than 2 years after the repair the room below the porch leaks when it rains. Contractor failed to even review the problem after an appointment was made. No reply to phone messages.
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
this submission is not for a new roofing job but rather for a repair under warranty. I was completely surprised that the roof was still under warranty. Your employees took care of the job to my complete satisfaction without anything more then a phone call to your office. I was so impressed with the situation that I have left your sign on my lawn for the past month, basically telling anyone who passes the house that i am more than happy with the service after the sale. i am extremely happy that I originally choose Avenue Road Roofing for the work and would more than recommend you to anyone who would ask.
