I purchased 2 chandaliers for my kitchen. When opening box found that the ceramic socket for the light bulb was smashed. Obviously had happened in transit from the supplier. It was Christmas time and I Phoned 3 times before manager returned my call. He asked me "why does it matter if it doesnt even show. I said I thought I deserved a product that wasnt damaged. Finally, he offered a $50 discount for the broken socket, which he said would be sent by mail. It never arrived. I have now spent over $20,000 in lighting so far for this home, and still plan on purchasing more chandaliers for our new home. I will definately not be purchasing from Royal lighting with that type of customer service.
