In late September, 2015, Grout Masters did a fabulous job of cleaning and restoring the grout and tiles on our kitchen floor. They also replaced a couple of cracked tiles. After several months, some of the grout came out around a few tiles that must have shifted a little. I phoned and a pleasant lady said that someone would be out to fix the problem. After a couple of weeks, a gentleman paid a visit and spent over two hours checking and repairing everything free of charge. This company truly deserves a rating of 10 out of 10.

My wife and I were going to rip out and replace the floor tiles in the kitchen, hallway, laundry room and 2-piece bathroom. After receiving some exorbitant quotes, we decided to have the entire area re-grouted. We're sure glad we picked GroutMasters. Carvel and Clement arrived on time and did an amazing job. They were professional, pleasant, thorough and clean in doing the work. I can't say enough good things about these gentlemen. We are completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them at any time. The tiles look so good, you would think that we actually did have them replaced. The price we paid was worth every penny.

Wayne showed a great degree of professionalism when he came to my house to give me an estimate on replacing many spalling bricks and when the work was done, he kept to the estimate. Phil, the employee who did the brick replacement a few days later, was personable, fast and efficient. His thoroughness included having me look things over to make sure I was satisfied that nothing had been missed or not done adequately.
