I bouth service from Teambuy. Eastrough was good but will not recommend roof maintenance. They were trying to "upsell". They found a damaged singled that turned to be almost a MUST NO OTHER OPTION plywood replacement and shingles for $800 and then eventually alternative fix down to $600 to $300 to $150. We obviously said no and so my husband went up to fix it for like $30. Looks like they tore out an old shingle from our roof to try to upsell, could have been a hole from critters as they said but we don't know for sure. I would have have given them higher ratings because the eastrough cleaning was good but the upsell comletely turned us off. Would not trust them for anything but eastrough cleaning...

This is the third house I have worked on with new Kitchen cabinets and first time with Kraftmaid. I Ordered Full Cabinets from Kraftsmaid. They have good quality product however terrible customer service and response time. 1 cabinet was sent incorrect and the second order the cabinet came cracked plywood bottom and cracked support on the inside. It has taken over 3 months with them back and forth with the rep and the lowes consultant. The lowes consultant has been great but the rep is terrible. I called within the 90 days warrantly but it just so happened that the rep took so long to deal with it that it is no longer under warranty and I have to wait for him to come back and take a picture. In addition there was no compensation made on their behalf, only Lowes compensated for this mess.
