I have used the sub-trades employed by Lakeshore Custom Homes both as an Architect and a General Contractor. They are exceptional in a highly unregulated residential construction industry. I have experience with Leo as an architect and find there is nothing underhanded or 2nd rate about his services. I encourage those with problems with residential contractors to look at a CCDC 2 which is a stipulated price contact from the Canadian Construction Documents Committee and see just what an owners responsibilities are and what the usual recourse is when there are problems. Slandering someone is easy. Making a project work is hard.
