Fantastic product, expert advice and very reasonable cost to replace all existing windows (less than I had anticipated). Working with Les was a pleasure as he is very knowledgeable and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction - he definitely went the extra mile and more to make sure we were happy. Installation went quickly and smoothly (thanks Martin and crew!) - cleanup was excellent. We are truly delighted with our new windows!

In short: Misdiagnosed problem - reassessed by other contractor. Worker was rude to my wife. Did not do complete job or clean up properly. Did not return call when called to complain that disease had returned.
