6 days ago I called them to have a wasps nest destroyed. The nest is not directly accessible. The first time they did some quick work (15 min), second time just left a paper in the door saying some more work was done but there was no sign that anything was done. The wasps are still there, more than before. Conclusion: -they don't know how to do it, they are not don't have the knowledge and their equipment is rudimentary. -poor customer service; once the money has been taken, they don't care if the problem is solved or not: had to call them again and again. They work only 8:30 - 4:30 Monday to Friday, no after hours service. Their claim on the website 7 days a week, 24 hours a day is false.
