I have been dealing with this company for two weeks to schedule them to pick up my television for repair. Twice they have cancelled the pickup, but didn't inform me until after the scheduled time. Meaning I took time off from work to be home. They act as though Red Bluff is so far out of their way. I would not use this company except that Circuit City has them as the contractor for warranty repair. Use caution...
