My wife and I decided to completely renovate our backyard. Our home is new and we wanted a backyard oasis. We found Latitude Land Effects. LLE is an upstart company run by Shawn Dunn out of Guelph, ON. My wife and I talked to a number of company’s but no one was able to build a custom deck and do the landscaping that Shawn’s company was willing to do. Shawn drew up our plans and we painstakingly made change after change until we had a design that fit our idea of a backyard oasis. The only negative we experienced is, Shawn missed his deadline by 2 weeks but otherwise, everything Shawn promised he delivered. We love the deck and the landscaping Shawn designed is fantastic. I received a frantic call from my wife on morning that she or our 3 young adult children were unable to shower as we had no hot water. This is never a call you want from your spouse. I quickly called Reliance as we rent our water heater from them. I was pleasently surprised when they told me that they would be at my home before noon. Tim arrived right on time as promised and after a few checks told my wife that we had dirty ignitor and that he had cleaned it up for us. He said the water heater was in good shape and that we would have hot water within the hour. Tim also checked over our other gas appliances in the home to make sure they were safe. What great peace of mind our $24.95 a month in rent delivered. The entire experience was easy and pleasant. Thank you Reliance.
